Activity Zone:
Madernieks' Atelier
The Museum of Decorative Arts and Design presents Madernieks' Atelier, an activity zone where big and small are invited to independently engage in gluing, drawing, arranging letters and creating their own ornaments.
The atelier is an opportunity to get to know Jūlijs Madernieks' ornaments and patterns, study their structure and colour combinations. Everyone can make their own postcard in the manner of the artist on a squared area, or dive into the world of colours, filling in the artist's patterns and drawings!
