The guided tour provides information about artists and their works, taking an in-depth look at the processes in art during different historical periods and their significance in the culture-historical context. The thematic highlights and format of the exhibition tour can be adapted to the needs and interests of different audiences.

For a more in-depth look, it is possible to narrow down the chosen theme and focus on:

  • the museum's permanent display and the current exhibition;
  • the museum's permanent display on the 3rd and 4th floor or a specific part of it (16th-20th century Western European painting, sculpture, porcelain and works from precious metals, art of traditional Asian cultures from Egypt, Japan, China, India and Indonesia, painting of Nicholas Roerich, Ancient Greek and Roman ceramics, numismatics and sculpture);
  • the current exhibition in the Great Exhibition Hall on the 1st floor.
