“Honor Award” of the Latvian Society of Restorers
The restorer-old master Nataļja Kurganova of the Latvian National Museum of Art has received the “Honor Award” of the Latvian Society of Restorers.
Latvian Society of Restorers biennially awards the "Honor Award" for notable achievements in the field of cultural heritage. This year one of the award winners is the art restorer-old master Nataļja Kurganova of the Latvian National Museum of Art. She was awarded for significant and professional contributions in easel-painting restoration and the preservation of cultural heritage.
Nataļja Kurganova works as a restorer at the Latvian National Museum of Art since 1981. She has graduated from the Saint Petersburg Academy of Arts with a specialization in oil easel-painting restoration.
