Newspaper Diena Annual Awards in Culture 2009
The 2009 newspaper Diena annual culture award in culture in the visual art category went to photographer Inta Ruka for her solo exhibition Amālijas 5a. The exhibition gave viewers the opportunity to see Ruka’s latest photo series featuring the almost 100 residents of the building at 5a Amālijas Street in the Riga district of Pārdaugava.
